This was a wonderful service from time of drop off to pick up. I felt at ease Ace had a blast and plenty of pictures throughout the entire stay. I was kept up to date with how aces was doing and all his fun times he was having. I went through a medical procedure and not used to leaving my boy. But this couple made it a wonderful experience and I had plenty of time to focus on myself and my healing while they took great care of Ace. The updates made me feel at ease and not once had to worry about my boy. I 100% recommend them.

Joseph and Reanaleena are awesome!!! If you’re looking for a fun and loving family to care for your fur baby they’re definitely a go too. My big boy is wore out and sleeping so good after a fun day away from home. Choco will be back soon 😁

This was our second time having Joe and Reanaleena care for our dogs, Pereus and Atlas, and once again, they went above and beyond. It’s such a relief to leave town knowing our dogs are not only safe but truly loved while we’re away. They clearly remembered all the little details from the first stay and made the dogs feel right at home again. We got regular updates, photos, and even some sweet moments captured that really showed how comfortable and happy Pereus and Atlas were. Take advantage of their pick up and delivery options as well. I was beat from the drive and Joe dropped the boys off without hesitation. It’s rare to find sitters who are so reliable, communicative, and genuinely connected with the dogs. We’re so grateful to have found them and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to book again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for care that feels like family!

Awesome people and took care of our boy. Gave us updates and pics and some videos. Very happy with the overall experience. Will book with them again. You don't want to miss out on this couple watching your loved ones. They will be taken care of and spoiled.

Ian had such an amazing time! They were both so wonderful in caring for him. He’s an older man with lots of needs and wants and they were so great about taking care of him 100%. Look no further for an absolutely amazing sitter, we will be back again and again.

Joseph and Reanaleena did an amazing job with my 2 shih tzus. I needed a last minute booking for day care for 3 days and they responded quickly. Booking wad a breeze and they too great care of my pups. Both of them were happy to go back on day 2 and 3 and were both relaxed (yet sleepy) after their fun days. 😀 We are moving out of town, but if we are ever back in Jax, these will be our go to folks if we need a trusted sitter for our shih tzus. These two are phenomenal. Daily and sometimes twice a day updates (pics). Everyone of them my fluff ball was happy. Human interaction was great as well. Even got a gift bag with treats to take home. Thank you guys!!!

Absolutely thrilled with our experience using Rover! We had a last-minute need for dog sitters, and Joseph and Reaanaleena came to the rescue. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. When we dropped off our dogs, we were impressed by their warm and welcoming demeanor. It was clear they genuinely cared for our furry friends. Throughout the stay, they kept us updated with adorable photos and messages, which really eased our minds while we were away. They are 100% my go to anytime I need somewhere my fur baby can stay . They sent numerous pictures and updates on how he was doing. They are kind and very informative . I cant stress enough how awesome they have been especially during our time of need. I dont want to use anyone but them for my dog.

This was our first time using rover and we couldn’t have been happier going with them ! Super attentive to the animals, and a yard for them to play in. We can’t wait to use them again for services our puppy had a blast

We honestly don’t have enough words to express our gratitude for Joe and Reanaleena. Leaving our pets behind is never easy, but knowing they were in your care gave us complete peace of mind. From the very beginning, your warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shone through. You took the time to understand our pets’ routines, personalities, and quirks—and it showed. Our old man Perseus, who’s typically low energy, came out of his shell annd had a blast (I’m sure the barkaritas help). And our high-energy husky Atlas was calm, happy, and clearly well-exercised when we got home! We loved receiving daily updates and photos; it was clear they were not only well cared for but truly loved. You treated them like your own, and for that, we are forever grateful. Thank you for going above and beyond. You’re more than a pet sitter—you’re family now.

I was worried my dog would have anxiety and a hard time being boarded in a new environment with loud noises, and unfamiliar people. She hasn’t had much human interaction and barks out of fear. I’m so glad i used Rover and met Joseph, my trip was very relaxing, I didn’t have to worry about Bell and her safety at all. I was in full contact with joseph the entire trip and received photos daily. Highly recommend!!

Joseph and his wife were an absolute dream team when it came to caring for my dog. From the thoughtful photo and video updates to their frequent check-ins, it’s clear they truly love what they do.
