Joseph and Reana were absolutely fantastic with our boy, Koda. I was a bit worried how our dog would do, but he absolutely loved them and had the best time ever. They kept him for 7 days while we were on vacation. They kept me updated and sent a picture atleast once a day. Very affordable too!! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This was the first time ever leaving any animal with a "stranger". Joseph & Reanaleena became my pups family with is a couple days. I appreciate the trust peace of mind they gave us. We will definitely use then again.

Joseph and Reana are absolutely amazing! They kept us updated with pictures every day, and were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The dogs had such a great time, and knocked the moment we got home they were exhausted with playing all day! We will be bringing the dogs back to them!

They took fantastic care of our Booby. They followed all our instructions perfectly and sent the cutest updates throughout our trip, which we absolutely loved seeing. It was so clear Booby was having a blast—the pictures of them playing together just melted our hearts. We knew she was in the best hands possible and could truly relax on our vacation. They are a wonderful, caring duo and we are so thankful for them! We will definitely be booking with them again!

Joseph and Reanaleena were wonderful and I highly recommend their services. They made me feel comfortable about all aspects of boarding. Usually, when I pick my dogs up from the kennel, they are stressed out. But when I picked my dogs up from J & R they were happy and calm! Thank you very much!

Joseph and Reana are awesome! They took such good care of our boys and were flexible with our pickup and drop off times as we had a weird travel schedule over a holiday weekend. They kept us updated on our two dogs and how they were getting along with the others all weekend which was great to see so we didn’t have to worry. Great communication and clearly care about what they do and the quality of care they offer! Will be using again in the future and I highly recommend !

Joe and Reanaleena were great with our pups! They made our little day trip so convenient, were very understanding with our travel plans, and sent us regular updates and pictures with how the boys were doing. (Even called our little munchkins “sweethearts”) It’s very apparent that this couple loves dogs and knows how to take care of your babies, I would definitely choose them as it will become you dog’s favorite vacation spot.

Just the be sitters in Jacksonville!! So personal, and truly care about your pup! Mine has an amazing time when he goes and loves going back. I had to change my time to drop him off and pick him up and they were both so accommodating and great about working with me! Will be going back very soon

I left my wild hound puppy at Joseph & Reana's for a long weekend and she loved it! They took great care of Junebug, letting her run around the yard with some other dogs all day. They really know dogs and will take the time to get to know yours. They provide a safe and fund environment for all dogs big and small, calm and wild! 10/10 will be a returning customer

Great communication, very flexible with my crazy schedule. They obviously love the dogs they work with Virgil recognizes their road and is so excited to go to day care! Will recommend to anyone I know needing dog care and will be using them again!

Joseph and Reanaleena did a wonderful job with the Fluffenbottoms! I even used the pick up and drop off service with them that I had never used before and it went great! Dogs were well cared for and happy and healthy upon my return. Plenty of pictures and communication. They really seem to understand the pups and are experienced and organized. I would book with them again without hesitation.
