Safety is the foundation of every booking. Here’s how we help families know exactly who they’re trusting with their pet.
Verified pet professionals
Verified Pet Pros on KasPaws have passed a free ID check reviewed by a real person — look for the Verified badge on their profile. Pet Pros who have not yet finished ID review can list a complete profile but cannot accept paid bookings until they are verified. Many pros also voluntarily add insurance, certifications, and references to their profile — all clearly labeled so you can see exactly what’s been confirmed.
Communicate and pay in one place
Message any sitter directly before you book — ask questions, request a meet-and-greet, and share what makes your pet special. Keeping conversations and payments on-platform means there’s a record of every booking, and your full payment details are never stored by KasPaws (payments are processed by our secure provider, Stripe).
Community-shaped reviews
Reviews on KasPaws come from real pet parents and the local community. Combined with photo updates during stays, they give you an honest picture of each Pet Pro before you commit.
