Every Pet Pro on KasPaws completes identity and service-area verification before their profile goes public or they can accept a booking. Many also voluntarily add insurance, certifications, and references to their profile — all clearly labeled so you can see exactly what’s been confirmed.

Communicate and pay in one place

Message any sitter directly before you book — ask questions, request a meet-and-greet, and share what makes your pet special. Keeping conversations and payments on-platform means there’s a record of every booking, and your full payment details are never stored by KasPaws (payments are processed by our secure provider, Stripe).

Reviews on KasPaws come from real pet parents and the local community. Combined with photo updates during stays, they give you an honest picture of each Pet Pro before you commit.
