We couldn’t be more happier with Ohh My Dog and Caroline’s care of our two pups. It was their first “sleepover” not with family and it went wonderfully. We were in town for an event and needed a sitter for a night and day and wanted someone who would give them their full attention. The private client care was important for us. Caroline had great communication from start to finish and provided excellent service keeping the pups engaged, going for walks, and play time. She even made a cute lick mat with their names in peanut butter (their fav!). The updates in the Time to Pet were helpful with photos, videos and recap of their latest activities. When the pups first entered her home, they were wagging their tails, went straight for the toy basket, and gave her kisses. Good vibes all around and gave us peace of mind while we weren’t with them. We’ll definitely be using Caroline’s services in the future. Thank you so much! 🐾

Caroline at Oh My Dog watched my two pups recently, and this was my first time ever using a dog sitter. What an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived at her home, my dogs immediately felt comfortable, which reassured me right away that they were going to be well taken care of. Caroline went above and beyond, providing them with lots of enrichment activities and making them feel like part of her family. She sent me amazing photos, videos, and regular text updates to let me know how they were doing, which gave me such peace of mind. She even sent them home with a new little toy and the cutest scarves—such a thoughtful touch! As I may be traveling more in the future, I now know I have someone I can trust completely with my pups. The Gold Standard for Pet Sitting in Sarasota! I was hesitant about the cost of professional overnight pet sitting, but Ohh My Dog! is worth every penny. We left our high-energy English Springer Spaniel, Saylor, with Sara and Caroline for 12 days in our home while we enjoyed a vacation overseas, and the care was phenomenal. They kept her busy with sniffari-scent walks, we were able to see Saylor enjoy playing fetch, engaging playtime outside and mental enrichment activities. She even learned a new skill with a talking button! We love being able to receive daily updates and videos through their pet sitting app—it made being away so much easier. We returned to a clean, organized home and a dog that smelled fresh and seemed completely fulfilled. Unlike previous pet sitting experiences, she didn't seem needy or stressed when we got back; she was clearly well-loved! Caroline at Ohh My Dog is amazing!!! She loves dogs and it shows with the type of care she gives them. Initially I was nervous about leaving my pups for an entire week at a new and unfamiliar place but my worries were quickly put at ease because I could tell how comfortable they were with Caroline. Throughout the entire week, Caroline sent me videos, pictures and reports, making certain that I was informed every step of the way. It was especially evident how much my dogs loved being with Caroline because when I picked them up, although they were happy to see me, they were still circulating around Caroline and showing her affection. That’s a true sign of comfort and love for their sitter. I am so glad I found a dog sitter that I have complete trust in with my dogs.

When looking for care for my Aussie, I wanted something different than a traditional boarding facility. After one experience where I walked into a facility with howling and barking dogs, I realized that environment could not be the best for her. There had to be a better option for my dog. That's what I found with Ohhmydog SRQ. Caroline is an experienced and knowledgable dog sitter who welcomed my dog into her home and treated her like family. My Aussie was not crated overnight, received plenty of attention and affection every day, and enjoyed outings to interesting places. Caroline kept her engaged with games, social interaction and love. The biggest challenge Caroline faced was getting my dog to eat consistently. Aussies can be very routine oriented and being away from home disrupts their normal habits. Caroline worked patiently through this and made sure my dog was comfortable and cared for throughout the stay. If you are looking for a better option for your pet while you are out of town, I highly recommend Ohhmydog SRQ for a loving, home based boarding experience where dogs are treated like family.
