Kathleen sent me photos of Merlin and updates. It was the first time I've had to leave Merlin with a stranger but Kathleen was willing to meet with me and my dog before hand and I could see she liked dogs. Also a plus she allows the dogs on the furniture and bed. She was even understanding when my plane was delayed and I was late picking up Merlin.

Kathleen understood my concerns with my dog and she relieved me of my worries. I didn't want my 1 year old to be locked in a kennel for hours and I needed to be sure that she got exercise. My dog was obviously tired when we brought her home after a weeks vacation. She has shown no signs of anxiety, just happy to be with us again.

Kathleen did a wonderful job caring for my elderly dog who needed medication and a lot of TLC. I feel very comfortable using her again.

Kathleen is so sweet! And very accommodating to our last minute plan changes - we appreciate your flexibility. Indee had a wonderful time. Thank you for watching her.

Really a nice lady she has it set up for the dogs, Molley had a great time playing with the other dogs, She (Molley) came home and slept most of the day. I would recommend Kathy's home to everyone.

I’m so thankful I found Kathleen to watch my boys. This was the first time I used Rover so I was nervous. Thankfully Kathleen got back to me right away and was able to do a meet and greet. My foster dog has special needs as he was abused as a puppy and does not trust all people, he’s especially afraid of men. I explained to Kathleen that my foster dog needs to meet new people while the people are sitting. As soon as we got there Kathleen sat on the floor and my foster went straight over and sat in her lap. I knew then she was the right person to watch them. I was able to enjoy my vacation without an ounce of worry about my dogs. Each time I checked in she responded promptly and sent me pictures. I will no doubt be bringing my boys back to her for care the next time I need someone. On a side note when Kathleen learned one of my dogs was a foster she surprised me with a small discount for him. That showed me her huge heart that holds a lot of love for many dogs. Thank you so much Kathleen! Karen, Kory & Elliott

We felt so safe leaving Lekia with Kathleen. Lekia is a very picky dog and when we picked her up she was seemed very comfortable. Kathleen is great and i would definitely recommend her!

This was Romeo’s first stay with Kathy and I wasn’t sure how he would do. She kept up with updates, always texted me back whenever I reached out to her, and took special care of my baby. He even made a few friends at Kathy’s place. Kathy is great and I know Romeo’s in good hands with her. Thanks for everything Kathy, Romeo will see you soon!!!❤️

Kathleen has always welcomed Hachi into her home and has always taken good care of our dog. Hachi is always excited to see Kathleen and his furry friends

This was our puppy's first time at any sitter!! I think he had fun.. lots of friends to play with and lots of pictures!!!!!

Kathy is very sweet...this review is in no way being written with ill will or meant to be hurtful. That being said, although my dog was fine - she is healthy, she was cared for, and all is good - I would likely not return. The house is carpeted and retains odors - overwhelming, offensive odor of wet dog/urine...whatever. Had to bring my dog directly to the groomer as soon as we picked her up. Also, I left her vitamins, to be given to her every day, and that was never done. Lastly, Kathy has a modest-sized backyard and uses that in lieu of walks or any other exercise. Again, dog is fine, no harm/no foul, I appreciate that Kathy was able to care for our dog on very short notice, but I prefer a cleaner environment, with fewer 'guests', and more attention to my dog's needs. Sorry!

Kathleen was wonderful. My dogs were always comfortable and seemed very relaxed. I got photos daily and they always seemed at home.

New dog mom of a now, ten week old German Shepard. I was so worried about leaving him so soon after getting him for a week. He is also shy and takes awhile to warm up to someone. He immediately clicked with Kathleen. He took to her within minutes. She sent photos all week and let me know how great he was doing and that he became fast friends with her dog, who is a wonderful dog as well and helped him to socialize a little. She knew he was new to being potty trained and we were crate training him. She didn't have a problem and he didn't have any accidents while staying with her. I can not brag enough. Her house is pet safe and has a completely enclosed yard. It was a blessing finding Kathleen to watch Copper, but she was just as amazing with me and the fact I am a natural worrier. She kept me updated, sent photos, and I knew in my heart that he was in very good hands.

Kathleen did a great job with Daphne this past weekend, she was a happy girl when I picked her up. She was also very understanding with my flight changes causing me to show up a little later than originally thought.

Love Kathy and I would ask her again to care for Joey when we’re out of town. Thank you Kathy ❤️

Kathleen was great with Rocky. She is also flexible when we had some schedule changes.

Kathleen was great! She sent regular updates and photos during their stay and administered medication that one of my dogs was taking. Both my dogs really enjoyed their stay with her. One of my pups is pretty neurotic and doesn't trust most people, but she really connected with Kathleen. I will definitely use Kathleen for future boarding knowing that my dogs are enjoying their vacation too!

Kathleen is great to work with. She is easy to communicate with, provided pictures of Daz and gave him a teething toy. Daz seemed to have a lot of fun being around her dogs and also seemed to have picked up good habits. I was happy when he demonstrated them at home. Would definitely recommend and will use her service again.

Kathleen was available within an hour when we requested for her. She was very friendly with our dog. I like that her yard big enough for my dog to run around. For a first Rover user, ask her for a promo code.

Baxter took to Kathleen and her place right away. She made him comfortable and made sure he was good with her other dogs. Will book with her again!

This was Harley's first time being boarded so I was very concerned. Five days before Harley's stay, we went to Kathy's house for introductions. Kathy was very cordial and patient with Harley. Kathy brought Harley and I into her home and showed me the backyard. Her backyard was just as big as mine so I knew Harley would have enough room to play fetch. We left Kathy's house feeling positive of the weekend to come. On Friday, I brought Harley to Kathy's house. The first thing she did was introduce Harley to the poodle she was also boarding for the weekend in the front room. The scene was filled with wagging tails! Then Kathy introduced Harley to her two small dogs. They were a little cautious at first due to the size difference, but(t) tails were a waggin! I know I left Harley in the hands of a dog lover. The pictures that Kathy sent me over the weekend justified that Harley was doing just fine. One picture shows Harley laying at Kathy's feet while she was sitting in a chair. Harley does the same thing with me. When it was time to pick up Harley, I was more excited to see Harley then he was of me. Harley told me that he had a great time and made some new friends, human and canine. Kathy did a great job of communicating allowing me to enjoy myself on my weekend trip. Harley told me he cannot wait to see and play with his new friends. I concur. Thank-you Kathy!

Kathleen was great with Spike.She did send us pictures every day,which was very comforting to us.For sure we will use Kathleen services in the future.
